Holds a degree in Information Science from the University of Coimbra Faculty of Arts. She is active in the Coimbra student community as a member of República da Praça and having served on her course final-year committee. She received a research initiation scholarship (Verão com Ciência – FCT) as part of the Phonetics Laboratory project: Coimbra–Harvard. The opportunity to work on this project has widened her perspectives as an information scientist. The PHONLAB project experience has encouraged her to continue her academic training, and she is currently studying for a master’s degree in Information Science at the University of Coimbra Faculty of Arts.
